The standard way most food trucks offer catering is a flat "per person" charge. We like to offer another option that is usually more affordable!

We'll come to your party and serve your guests quickly, right from the food truck. We charge a small set up fee (based on day of the week and time of day) and then only charge you for whatever is served. Why pay $10-$15 per person if half the people only want 1 hotdog?

Don't worry, if a "per person" charge is preferred, we can do that too!

Most of our clients choose our "Heisenberg Hotdogs" menu consisting of Sahlen's Dogs, Angus Burgers, BBQ Chicken Sandwiches, Sausages and more.
